We focus on fostering mutual success among our community of developers to create innovators and evangelists. Break the Rules. Rules are about conservatism, risk management, and reducing personal liability. We’re risk takers. We believe in results. We do what’s necessary to achieve genuine results. We’re careful to uphold personal honesty and integrity during this process. Breaking the rules does not mean unlawful or reckless behavior. Engage. Engagement and personal accountability are paramount to building community. We expect active participation in discussions, problem solving, brainstorming, and solutions development. Have integrity by doing what you say and saying what you do. Be Agile. We are fast paced and flexible. We’re able to keep up with the dynamic needs developers because we listen to the community. If Kynetx has a bad idea, or you have a good one, tell the group. Innovation and creativity are all we have, each are maximized through flexibility and cooperation. Listen, then Innovate. We believe crowd sourcing drives technological evolution. Kynetx provides developers both a platform and a community. We will listen to each other. We will elevate and implement the best ideas.
